The not so good day yesterday

Hey guys its ANML here I hope you are all having a good day today I'm not so much doing so, I got no sleep last night so I'm dozing in an out of sleep. Basically something bad happened last night but how I see it god has a way of watching over people I'm kind of glad what happened last night happened. I know you guys are probably wondering what happened but I can't say what happened right now as it's personal information but it was something bad but my girlfriend is going to be fine.....oh yeah that was probably good info to tell at the beginning of this but yeah something terrible happened and now she is getting help if any of you can figure that out then post what you think it is.......below
